On August 11, a 6,609-square-foot penthouse apartment at Eden Residences Capitol sold for $21.37 million, or $3,233 per square foot.
In the 39-unit luxury complex, this is the first penthouse and the biggest apartment sold. The transacted price per square foot also marks a new record for Eden Residences Capitol since its October 2012 debut. The penthouse has five bedrooms and a sixth room that may be utilized as a study or transformed into another bedroom.
Eden Residences Capitol offers a variety of three- to five-bedroom apartments, as well as five penthouses. The unit sizes vary from 2,120 to 6,609 square feet.
A partnership headed by Perennial Holdings constructed Eden Residences Capitol in 2015. The condominium is part of an integrated complex that also contains the Capitol Theatre and The Capitol Kempinski Hotel, as well as a high-end mall connected to the City Hall MRT Interchange Station by a basement level walkway (for the East-West and North-South Lines).
Eden Residences Capitol is part of the Civic and Cultural District and is close to significant sites such as the Esplanade and St. Andrew’s Cathedral. It is located on Stamford Road in District 6 of the Core Central Region.
